Do you view every review that is written?
Due to the size and number of visitors to the MarketMarks.com
online community it is nearly impossible to view every review that is posted.
However, if a visitor to our community finds a review to be offensive they

Sure, if you don't want to write a review you can simply
rate any online company with our quick and easy to use number rating system.
We ask you to rate five different areas of a business' performance on a

are not eligible for our Review Rewards.

This is the coolest thing ever since sliced bread! The neatest
accessory that you can add to your toolbar! And better yet it's completely
free! The "Leave Your Mark" toolbar accessory allows online shoppers the
opportunity to rate any website they are currently shopping, without leaving,
simply by clicking on "Leave Your Mark"! Once you've clicked on it a small
pop-up window will appear with four specific areas to rate of that business'
performance on a scale of 1(lowest) to 5 (highest). The entire process usually
takes less then 10 seconds to complete and if you have more to say, good
or bad, you can choose to write and post a written review later expressing
exactly how you feel about any online company!
How do I add the "Leave Your Mark" accessory to my toolbar?
It's really quite simple! Users of Internet Explorer and
Netscape Navigator just need to click on the blue "Leave Your Mark" link
and then drag and drop it in the "links" section of your toolbar! That's

you previously provided. Once you have updated a previously posted review
or number rating it can no longer be changed or modified.
How does the Refer-A-Friend program work?
As a registered MarketMarks.com user you can be eligible
for prizes simply by referring new visitors to our website. All you need
to do is enter your friend's name and e-mail address in the Refer-A-Friend
form and we'll send them a brief message saying you thought they'd enjoy
visiting our site. You can only be eligible for prizes by referring people
who are not registered with MarketMarks.com and have not written a letter
at our site.

What is the length of a business membership?
Business memberships normally last for just one year and

for example, two years for the price of one, and those memberships will
need to be renewed upon their expiration.
What is the cost of a business membership?
A basic MarketMarks.com business membership is only $300/£200
for the first year and $100/£60 for each year renewed thereafter. Additional
services, such as our "Special Offers" program ($15/£10 a month after the
free 30 day trial period expires), can be added to your business membership
for a small additional fee. MarketMarks.com accepts checks, money orders,
Visa and Mastercard as accepted forms of payment.
What types of payments are accepted for business memberships?
MarketMarks.com accepts checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard
for business memberships. Credit card memberships can be processed online
through our secure server and businesses that wish to pay by check or money
order will be invoiced.
Can my business membership be canceled?
Yes, you can cancel your business membership at any time
by simply notifying us via phone or email. However, if you cancel within
the first 12 months of your membership, MarketMarks.com will retain
75% of the membership fee for clerical, business, and maintenance
expenses already incurred. The remaining amount will be pro-rated and a
refund will be issued for any remaining unused portion of that amount. MarketMarks.com
will also gladly pro-rate and refund any unused portion of your renewal
fee if you cancel your membership after your first 12 months. Refunds are
normally issued in 90 days after cancellation notice has been received.
